Special Events on St. Patrick’s Day in Historic Downtown Topeka include:

Irish Sing-A-Long at Assumption Church at 8th and Jackson from 10:30 to 11:30 (The St. Patrick’s Day Band will accompany). Please note: there will be no mass at the church on St. Patrick’s Day.

The Annual Parade at High Noon

The Celtic Street Fair—Florentine Room of the Jayhawk Tower 1:30-4:00pm, featuring Tullamore and Kansas Territorial Pipe and Drum Band. Special guests at Tullamore’s break: The O’Shea Sisters!

Welcome to the Topeka Official St. Patrick’s Day website! The Topeka St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Celtic Street Fair was held March 17, 2007 in Historic Downtown Topeka. What a grand day it was! Our largest parade ever—an estimated 30,000 people!

We are looking forward to our 29th Annual Celebration—St. Patrick's Day 2008! This year’s activities will be held on Monday, March 17th. The committee is pleased to present for the second year, "Tullamore," a premier Irish band for entertainment following the parade on March 17, 2008 at the Celtic Street Fair in the Historic Jayhawk Tower, Florentine Room.
